® is a natural health supplement capsule that works to help maintain the focus of your working memory in the short term, so you can maintain your normal mental agility at its best - even when you're working under stress and trying to juggle a number of tasks.
It is based on natural plant extracts, refined and stabilised to clinical grade - so you can be sure that every capsule contains the same balance of key ingredients. These special ingredients are standardised Panax ginseng exract G115® (100mg) and standardised Ginkgo biloba extract GK501TM (60mg).

How to take ®
® is for adults only. Take 1 or 2 capsules daily, with a drink of water, after breakfast.
* ® should be taken as part of a well balanced diet.
* Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.
* If you have any concerns about your memory health please consult your doctor.
* Do not use ® if you are pregnant or breast-feeding, or if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
* Store in a cool, dry place.
* Keep in a safe place out of the reach of children.
What else can you do to keep your brain in good health?
As well as taking ®, you can do a lot to maintain a healthy brain.
We recommend the following:
* Exercise your mind by doing crosswords, puzzles, reading or challenging yourself intellectually.
* Reduce stress by organising ahead, balancing work and leisure, setting achievable goals, and taking relaxation breaks regularly.
* Eat a healthy brain diet, based on low fat foods and plenty of fruit and vegetables. Avoid fried food. Drink 1.5 litres water each day.
* Take regular physical exercise such as a brisk walk or swimming. If necessary though, you should check with your doctor before starting an exercise regime.
* Stop smoking and avoid excessive intake of alcohol.
