DIRECTIONS: Take 2 capsules last thing at night and two immediately after sleep the following morning. Continue this regime for 5 days, abstain for two days, then repeat the cycle. Repeat this cycle for 8 weeks before taking 2 weeks off. Do not exceed recommended dose.
