DIRECTIONS: Extreme Nutrition recommend that each serving should be body weight (per kilo) divided by 2 e.g. a 100 kg man would require 50 gram of Extreme Whey per serving. After working out a larger protein drink should be consumed to begin the muscle repair, and subsequently building process. The amount of protein digestible will vary between individuals. Each level 75ml scoop contains approximately 35g which should be mixed with approximately 250ml of water or milk.
