Trident Cotton Rug

Our 100% cotton, coarse weave rug is designed for Ashtanga or Power yoga where grip whilst sweating is required. The rug's grip increases as it gets wetter, the opposite to a yoga mat. The Shiva's Trident helps keep you aligned. The rug is often used with a standard mat to keep the rug in place; we recommend the Travel Mat. New for 2007 we have improved the design so that the Trident line is now integrally woven into the rug, rather than embroiderd on the rug as in previous years - this both looks nicer and makes the mat more durable.
