V-fit MFMR Multi-function Rower

The MFMR Rower from V-fit is great for general aerobic conditioning and body toning. An excellent workout and simple to use for users of all ages and abilities.

Resistance system comprises of a patented magnatec single-plate solid state magnetic resistance system with freewheel drive and spring coil return. Includes an 8-position stepped tension controller.

The rowing arm is a 25.4mm Aluminium bar contoured and complete with high density sure-grip padded grips.

The seat is contoured, moulded, expanded PU on pressed mild steel with composite bearing mounted upper seat rollers and composite lower seat guide rollers.

Footplates are single fixed, oversized with adjustable velcro style straps.

The frame is constructed from 40mm x 80mm tubular steel and a heavy duty 1090mm x 90mm extruded Aluminium rowing rail which folds upright and locks in place for storage.

Chip Resistant silver Coloured Epoxy Powder Coated Frame complete with zinc plated rail and frame end and support caps.

The included 6 function exercise monitor details Calories (theoretical calorie burn), Heart Rate (Beats per minute)*, Scan, Strokes (per minute), Strokes (total) and Time (Minutes/Seconds).
